Use moisturisers to avoid this situation. Apply them just after washing your face as they will work best when your skin is slightly damp.

- Do not use soap on your face. Use proper cleansing foam or gel for your face, and use soap or shower foam from the neck and below.

- Protect yourself from the UV rays by using sunblock lotion. You may use them on your face and your body. Clothes can help to protect your skin too. No matter what the weather forecast is, you should have sunscreen on you because UV rays are present even if you are in the shade.
