If you don’t want to tip the weighing scale too much, cut the habit of eating food that are filled with fats and carbohydrates. Instead of eating unhealthy food, try to eat more fresh fruits, vegetables and fiber rich food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and fiber rich foods will not only help you take care of your sensitive skin, they will also help you live longer. Studies show that eating fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grain food can prevent some types of cancers!
Sensitive skin care tip number 3, drink plenty of liquids
Eating healthy with fruits, grains and vegetables is not the only thing, drinking a lot of water is also a very important tip for sensitive skin care. You skin needs plenty of liquids, you should drink at least eight glasses of water everyday. Some advise to drink a lot of fruit juices instead of soft drinks or light soft drinks, but there is a lot of sugar in fruit juices, and the light soft drinks contain sugar substitutes that are not healthy either. So we advice you to stick to just plain water.
